You will be informed at least a day before if your item is ready for delivery.
Please note that we do multiple drop offs to maximize truck rental or booking. Therefore, specific time of arrival cannot be guaranteed. However, we will try our best to deliver before the cut-off time in your village/building. It would be best if you could inform us prior delivery. If you wish to receive your item at a specific time or day, we recommend booking a special delivery to accommodate your request. Fee will be shouldered by the customer. Please contact us to arrange this request.
Please arrange the gatepass/permit before delivery for a smoother transaction. Lalamove charges an additional P150 per 30minutes waiting. This will be shouldered by customer.
If you wish to receive your order more than 4 weeks after payment or should there be any delays with your turnover, please do inform us so we can delay production. This is to avoid stocking your completed order in our warehouse for too long. Since our warehouse is small, we would charge +P200 per week as storage fee for items bigger than L60 x D25 x H40cm. Please understand that this is because stocking affects our productivity.
For international orders, delivery can be done with BOB/ Back Office Boss. Kindly email us email@example.com for assistance. Again, shipping and crating fees will be shouldered by customer.
Disclaimer: Please note that since items are handmade, minor imperfections are inevitable. Color, texture, or look of wood and rattan may vary from item to item. Minor imperfection is part of what makes the item unique.
To minimize cost, we regularly use ¾” thick plywood for the body, ½” thick plywood for the backing, exterior in semi duco finish (lacquer or acrylic paint), interior in roller paint or 1-coat spray after primer, underside is unfinished. Our items are not recommended for those who are looking for high-end furniture.
Return and Repair
Customers are given 30 days upon receipt to have the item replaced or repaired in case of defect. Defects can be noticeable dents, or if an item is either not working or difficult to operate.
If the defect is small or repairable on site, we can send a worker to fix the issue.
Wrong color, size, or minor imperfections are not accepted but can be fixed or further polished with additional charges. Please make sure to check the sketch up to confirm dimensions, and photos sent before delivery for a smoother transaction.
After the 30 days, any request for repairs/ retouches/ refinish will include an additional fee.
Return Costs will be shouldered by the Consignee.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned nor refunded.
Items shipped via cargo ship or plane cannot be returned nor refunded. In case of any damages, especially from shipping, we can ship spare parts or DIY packages, and contact the forwarder for insurance.
If completely not satisfied, we can assist in trying to find the item a new home by posting your item via our social media accounts. Once purchased, we will either refund 80% of cost, or 100% but via store credit.

At least 60% down payment is required to start production. 40% shall be settled once completed photos of your order is sent, usually a day or two before delivery.
