  • How do I order?
    You can order directly through our website by adding items into your cart and proceeding to check out. Any minor requests or changes (color finish, size, or cable holes) can be added in the Notes section. However, if your order has a number of customizations, please order through our form here. You can also contact us first to receive a free quotation. Please choose color finishes here and make sure you've read our Shipping, Payment, and Return information here.
  • What is your mode of payment?
    We accept the following payment methods: ​ BDO BPI G-cash Paypal Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Paypal ​ At least 60% down payment is required to start production. 40% shall be settled once completed photos of your order is sent, usually a day or two before delivery.
  • How do you deliver?
    Furniture Deliveries (Via Third party courier/ Lalamove) ​ North of Metro Manila - P250- P350 Flat Rate South of Metro Manila - P450- P550 Flat Rate Outside Manila but close - Based on Lalamove's rates (est. P1,200-P2,000) Nationwide Shipping - Based on quotation from Forwarder (est. P1,500-P3,000)** *depending on dimension and location. **Pick up via port and door to door service is available. ​ Small Items Delivery (Lalamove/Grab/Gogoxpress) Metro Manila - P80-P250* Provincial - P150-P450* ​ You will be informed at least a day before if your item is ready for delivery. Please note that we do multiple drop offs to maximize truck rental or booking. Therefore, specific time of arrival cannot be guaranteed. However, we will try our best to deliver before the cut-off time in your village/building. It would be best if you could inform us prior delivery. If you wish to receive your item at a specific time or day, we recommend booking a special delivery to accommodate your request. Fee will be shouldered by the customer. Please contact us to arrange this request. ​ Please arrange the gatepass/permit before delivery for a smoother transaction. Lalamove charges an additional P150 per 30minutes waiting. This will be shouldered by customer. ​ If you wish to receive your order more than 4 weeks after payment or should there be any delays with your turnover, please do inform us so we can delay production. This is to avoid stocking your completed order in our warehouse for too long. Since our warehouse is small, we would charge +P200 per week as storage fee for items bigger than L60 x D25 x H40cm. Please understand that this is because stocking affects our productivity. ​
  • Can you ship nation wide?
    Yes, we do! However, this will be shouldered by the customer. Please send us a message/chat with the following information (Your order + Shipping address) so we can provide you with an estimated delivery price. This usually ranges from P1,500 - P3,000, depending on shipping location, weight and size of the item.
  • How long 'till I receive my order?
    There is usually a 2-5 weeks wait for furniture and a 2-3 week wait for mirrors. It usually depends on current volume of orders. Our items are locally handcrafted and take time to produce. Please send us a message to know more about our current lead time.
  • Where is your showroom?
    We produce our items in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan but currently do not have a physical showroom. We are more than happy to provide you with close-up photos or videos of any item you're interested in, as well as send over a few sample finishes if you need (+P80).   • Do you customize furniture?
    Yes, we accept most furniture designs or suggest possible modifications for items that we cannot recreate. To customize furniture, you can contact us here, email us at yannas.home@gmail.com, or send us a message via Instagram.
